Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused)
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at bobo@transkclub.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Return Shipping Cost

Who Pays Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 10 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union Customers

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The same return conditions apply.
