This Shipping Policy applies to purchases from transkclub.com, operated by TRU KANFADENTZ LLC, doing business as Transk.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays. During unusually high order volume, processing may take longer. If a material delay affects your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.
Delivery Options
Standard shipping: estimated 7-15 business days after shipment.
Express shipping: estimated 3-7 business days after shipment, when available.
Shipping charges and available methods are displayed at checkout.
Orders over $99 USD qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Additional charges may apply to remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Shipping Destinations
We ship only to destinations that are available for selection at checkout. If your country or region is not available, contact us before placing an order.
Tracking
When an order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when tracking is available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import restrictions. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility. Customs processing may extend delivery times.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.
