Refund & Return Policy

Return window
You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging with included accessories and proof of purchase.
How to request a return
Email bobo@transkclub.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping
If the return is caused by our error, including a confirmed defective or incorrect item, we will cover approved return shipping or provide another appropriate solution. For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us promptly with photos or videos if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Non-returnable items
Custom or personalized products, gift cards, and items damaged through misuse are not returnable. Discounted or sale-priced items remain eligible for return when they meet the conditions above.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Exchanges and cancellations
For an exchange, contact us before returning the item. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible after processing or shipment.
European Union cooling-off period
Where applicable, customers in the European Union may cancel or return an order within 14 days as required by law.
