Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods or when address or payment verification is required.

Delivery estimates
Standard shipping usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Express shipping, when available at checkout, usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed because carrier, customs, weather, and destination conditions may cause delays.

Shipping charges
Orders over $99 USD qualify for free standard shipping to the contiguous United States. Any applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

Destinations
Available shipping destinations and methods are shown at checkout. If a destination cannot be served, checkout will not offer a shipping method.

Tracking
When tracking is available, we send tracking information after the order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Customs and import charges
For international orders, the customer is responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges unless checkout states otherwise.

Address accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, damaged, or delayed shipments
If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss, or delivery problem, contact us so we can work with the carrier. For a damaged package or incorrect item, retain the packaging and send photos or videos.
